Shipping Information

I ship with DHL within Sweden and the EU. I find it is the best and cheapest way to send fragile content plus their pick up point is on the way for me to the studio. I can ship the same way outside the EU however the shipping cost would be ridiculously high (with all the major transport companies), therefore I like to use POSTNORD (normal Swedish post) and its recommended mail service.

I use so much bubble-wrapping like there is no tomorrow in order to protect your ceramics. It is also in my interest to make sure they will arrive to you safely, because I have already put so much time and energy into making them :) I pack them in DHL boxes. Even the ones I send by POSTNORD. I just rewrap the boxes for de-branding.
I charge 80 SEK for packaging/box, regardless of box size and number of items within box.


Shipping Cost (exkl. 80 SEK packaging cost)

As a reference: only some of my smaller ceramics could fit into box "S" and most of them fit into box size "M" after being wrapped around. Example on weight and box size: one Hamsa Hand or one Oval Plate would end up being ca. 1 kg with all the wrapping however they do not fit into box "S", so they would need to be shipped in box "M". Two Hamsa Hands or two Oval Plates would be 2 kg inclusive packaging and would also ship in box "M".

SWEDEN by DHL (1-3 working days)
EU by DHL (5-11 working days)
Anywhere else by POSTNORD (5-12 working days)

FYI: I will always provide you with a shipping/tracking number and you are responsible for tracking your shipment.


Custom Duties & Import Tax

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Buyer is responsible to pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

My Return Policy

I do not accept returns or exchanges on any items other than the ones that got damaged during transport and buyer shows proof (photos). The reason why I do not accept returns on items that arrived to buyer intact is that ceramics are very sensitive to ship (back). I am very good and experienced at packaging ceramics in the best possible way to avoid possible damages, however my buyer may not.

If you are uncertain about a product before purchase, please contact me and I can send you as many photos or even videos as you like to make sure you get the right feel of the product. I know and I agree: ceramics should be touched, felt in your hands before you buy, but unless you visit me in my Stockholm studio, sending photos is the best I can do :)


If you receive your package with a damaged box, please take photos of it before opening. If the content of your box was also damaged, please send me photos of the damaged box and goods ASAP. I will make a claim at the shipping company. If the content of your box is intact, no further action is required, just sit back, enjoy and love your ceramics and maybe send me a kind note with a huge smiley :)

If you receive a box that is intact but the content is damaged (highly unlikely!), please also send me photos of the damaged product ASAP, so I know they got damaged during transport.

In case of receiving your goods (ceramics) damaged, I will reimburse you by sending you new items of your choice free of charge within the same price range. You are required to pay any excess cost (for example if you want more expensive items) and the cost of the new shipping+packaging. If I currently do not have them on stock, you will be required to wait maximum 1-2 months for production. PLEASE NOTE that I will ONLY reimburse you if you are able to prove that the goods got damaged during transport. You can prove that by taking photos upon opening the box and sending them ASAP to me. No need to send the ceramics back!
